Kaarni is a cozy and well-equipped semi-detached cabin (60m2) located in Ylläsjärvi, just one kilometer from ski slopes and outdoor trails. Nestled in a peaceful area yet close to amenities and activities, it's the perfect base for your mountain holiday.
🛏️ Accommodation The cabin features one downstairs bedroom with a double bed and a loft that sleeps three. There's a toilet on both floors, making it ideal for couples or small families.

🧼 Good to Know No pets allowed. Bed linen and final cleaning are not included in the price but can be booked separately (cleaning €90, linen €25/person). You're also welcome to bring your own linen and clean the cabin yourself. Firewood, toilet and kitchen paper, cooking spices, board games, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.
🚴♂️ Extras Two bicycles available during snow-free seasons, plus frisbee golf discs. In winter, guests can use a sled, snow sliders, four pairs of snowshoes, and one pair of children's snowshoes. Outdoor and board games are also available.

Vähä-Reinari is a charming and well-equipped holiday cabin (72m2) located in Ylläsjärvi, in the peaceful Karpalotie area. Surrounded by nature, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway for couples or small families – with ski trails and snowmobile routes starting right from the yard!
🛏️ Accommodation The cabin features a cozy living room and open kitchen, an upstairs bedroom with a double bed, and a loft with two single beds. The downstairs sofa bed can be used as an extra sleeping space if needed. Sleeps up to four guests.

Final Cleaning
Take care of your own food, drinks, empty cans and garbage. Make sure the dishwasher is ready and that clean dishes are put back in their proper places. Please also check that the windows and doors are closed and the key is returned to the key box.

Booking and Cancellation Terms
These booking and cancellation terms apply when you make a reservation directly through us.
The person making the reservation must be at least 20 years old.
The property may only be used by the number of persons stated in the cottage description.
Only the number of persons specified at the time of booking may stay at the property.
The booking begins at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:30 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
All comments or complaints regarding the property must be reported immediately during the stay.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property. Any damage must be reported immediately to the cottage owner.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
The use of tents, camper vans, or rental equipment (e.g. hot tubs) on the property's grounds without permission is prohibited.
Subletting or transferring the cottage to a third party is not allowed.
A prepayment (25% of the rental price or the full amount) must be made at the time of booking or no later than two days after the booking request. The prepayment will be deducted from the total rental amount. By paying the prepayment, you accept these booking and cancellation terms.
The final payment must be made no later than 20 days before the start of the rental period.
If the booking is made less than 20 days before the start date, the full rental price must be paid immediately.
Cancellations must always be made in writing (email is sufficient).
If the booking is canceled at least 20 days before the start of the rental period, all payments will be refunded except for the prepayment.
If the booking is canceled less than 20 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the total rent will be refunded.
If the property is not taken into use or is taken into use later than agreed, the guest is not entitled to a refund.
If the guest interrupts their stay and leaves the property before the end of the rental period, they are not entitled to a refund.
If the rental is terminated by the owner due to disruptive behavior, the guest is not entitled to a refund.
